In accordance with the First Aid Code of Practice, the following is the general guideline:

HLTAID001 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) is valid for twelve (12) months from date of issue. The Australian Resuscitation Council recommends CPR to be renewed every 12 months

HLTAID002 Provide Basic Life Support is valid for three (3) years from date of issue

HLTAID003 Provide First Aid is valid for three (3) years from date of issue

HLTAID004 Provide an Emergency First Aid Response in an Education and Care Setting is valid for three (3) years from the date of issue

HLTAID006 Provide Advanced First Aid is valid for three (3) years from date of issue

HLTAID007 Provide Advance Resuscitation is valid for twelve (12) months from date of issue. The Australian Resuscitation Council recommends Advance resuscitation to be renewed every 12 months
